Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
- The supply of Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
- The supply of Goods which are considered Jewelry or Accessories
- The supply of Goods which were Final Sale at the date of purchase
- The supply of Goods which have already been delivered to You
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise returns that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Eligibility for a return does not guarantee approval of return, exchange or refund. No exceptions.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a store credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We will reimburse You with a store credit no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will provide You with a store credit equal to the balance used for the Order, excluding Shipping fees.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that your returned item will be eligible for store credit.
Any and all Goods purchased at a Sale price are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. A Sale price consists of any item or items which were marked down or discounted from a regular price and may consist of cents ending in any number other than '0'. Due to the current global economic situation, any and all Goods purchased are Final Sale and do not qualify for refunds or returns. No exceptions.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift card will be e-mailed to You.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
