Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized Goods
- Perishable items or those with expired dates
- Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- Jewelry or Accessories
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Goods that have been delivered
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions, and eligibility for return does not guarantee approval of exchange or refund.
Returning Goods
We advise using an insured and traceable mail service for returning Goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment.
Upon receiving the returned Goods, we will issue a store credit within 14 days, equivalent to the balance used for the Order, excluding shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items, and these costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time taken for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
For items exceeding $50 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we do not guarantee receipt of returned items or their eligibility for store credit.
Final Sale
All items purchased at a sale price are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy applies to items marked down or discounted from their regular price. Given the current global economic situation, all purchases are Final Sale and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
Gifts
If Goods were marked as gifts and directly shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the return once the returned product is received. If the Goods were not marked as gifts, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
